This means if you order 1 Toniebox, for example, we will deliver free of charge. All orders under £25 will be subject to a shipping cost of £2.90 per order.

The legal 14-day right of return was not enough for us, therefore we decided that orders placed with us can be returned within a 60-day period. This is subject to all returned goods being in unused condition.

Simply fill out the returns form, attach the enclosed return sticker to your parcel and take it to the nearest DHL service point - done! There are no further costs for you.
