It’s important to us that everyone feels welcome, can be their authentic self, and brings their uniqueness to the table. Our approach to inclusion and diversity is based on four pillars that help us turn our values into action:

Education & Awareness

We are constantly learning together. Through workshops, seminars, and open discussions, we deepen our understanding of diversity and inclusion. Our “Inclusive Language Knowledge Hub” offers valuable tips on how we can make our communication even more inclusive.

We believe that true diversity starts at the top. Our leaders are dedicated to ensuring all voices are heard and valued. With an Executive C-Level Sponsor for each pillar, we demonstrate how important this topic is to us.

Everyone is welcome here! We foster an open, friendly culture where everyone feels seen and appreciated. Our I&D Champions Group and diverse events bring people together and highlight the vibrancy of our community.

Fairness and transparency are key to us. We ensure that our processes and policies are equitable and open, giving everyone the same opportunities. Whether during the application process or in meetings, we continuously work to remove barriers.

How we build an Inclusive Culture

Inclusion & Diversity Champions Group

We help make tonies a great place to work by educating our tonies’ about DEI through educational events, sharing resources and keynote speakers. We promote awareness through global initiatives such as Pride Month, Black History Month, Disability Awareness Month and so on. Our I&D Champion group also supported the creation of our tonies ‘Pride Booklet’ and ‘Being an Ally’ toolkit.

Wellbeing Squad

Our aim is for tonies’ to come together to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of mental health, and create a culture and environment of kindness and support. Our wellbeing squad helps our colleagues by raising awareness through wellbeing initiatives, signposting to support and sharing educational resources. We also have Mental Health First aiders who are there to support colleagues who may be struggling with their mental health - they are equipped to listen and share resources where necessary.
