You can use one of our mobility flat rate allowance (for the Deutschlandticket, a parking space nearby or a leased bicycle) or choose a remote work flat rate - whatever suits you best.

You enjoy 30 days of paid annual leave plus Rosenmontag (German carnival), Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
