Submitting Your Application
The first step is easy: upload your documents through the tonies job page. We’re interested in more than just your resume—we want to hear about what motivates you and why you're excited to work with us.
1st video interview
In our first conversation, we want to learn about who you are and what drives you. This remote video call lets you join from anywhere. Depending on the role, you’ll either meet with a Recruiter for an initial screening or with both the Recruiter and Hiring Manager.
Expertise evaluation
For some roles, you'll receive a case study before the second interview to present and showcase your skills. We’ll explore your expertise further, and you’ll meet potential teammates. While the discussion is technical, we ensure a constructive and respectful atmosphere, giving you the opportunity to highlight your strengths and gain insight into your workday with us.
Personal fit meeting
In this final round, which can take place either remotely or at our office, we’ll focus on the human element. You’ll meet more team members and gain a deeper understanding of our work culture. It’s important to us that we’re a good fit for each other and that you feel comfortable within our team.
Final decision
You’ll receive feedback shortly after the interviews. We strive for a quick and transparent decision-making process. If things don’t work out, we’ll provide feedback to help you understand the reasons.
