Accessibility statement

1. General Description Welcome to Tonies! This Accessibility Statement applies to our shop websites tonies.com, our audio library my.tonies.com and for our App (tonies App). On our platforms, you can browse our product range and order online whatever you need for your collection. To do this, you can select products and services and add them to your shopping cart using the corresponding button. You can find out whether an offer is subject to a fee or free of charge in the respective product and service descriptions. 2. Applicable Requirements The accessibility requirements are derived from the German Accessibility Enhancement Act (BSFG), in particular from Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Annex 3 No. 1, as well as from the underlying German Accessibility Ordinance (BFSGV), in particular in Section 12 and 19 BFSGV. The specific technical measures implemented on our websites are based on European standard EN 301 549 and the Guidelines or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) of version 2.1, Conformity levels A and AA. Furthermore, we also offer content that is not subject to the obligations of the BFSG. We are trying to make this content accessible even without a legal obligation to do so. However, it can still occur that you may still encounter barriers on our platforms. 3. Details on Accessibility Our Platforms are already largely accessible. Our measures include in particular: - Basics: You can use our platforms with assistive technologies. In particular all content on our shop website is operable using keyboard and screen reader, the site is responsive (usable on mobile), scalable (up to 200% zoom), and shows no information loss. Every function (navigation, search, product view, checkout) is operable without a mouse. For both, App and website each product image has an informative alt text and buttons and links are clearly labeled and recognizable. - Vision: The platforms work for people with limited or missing vision. They do not require vision or color recognition. There are also alternatives to visual representation and in particular icons and controls have sufficient contrast. - Hearing: The platforms work for people with limited or no hearing. There are alternatives for auditory content as in particular our videos have subtitles and our informative graphics have alt texts. 4.
