When you purchase a Toniebox Starter Set or Bundle* through our online shop, you have 100 days to set it up, record personal messages, listen to bedtime stories, groove at a living room dance party and explore all the joys of the Toniebox with your family. If you and your little listener are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of purchase.

You will get a full refund back to the original payment method.
Tonies and Accessories purchased from tonies.com outside of a Bundle* are subject to our normal return policy. Any purchases from tonies.com prior to 1/1/2021 or any purchases from tonies® retailers are also ineligible for the 100 Day Happiness Guarantee.

We accept returns of any Tonies or Accessories purchased outside of our Bundle experience (available on us.tonies.com) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging along with their original contents.
