With our subscription selector tool, you can pick the right age group and interests that match your child. Plus you can easily customize how many Tonies you want in each shipment and how often you want them delivered. And the best part? You won't every get the same Tonie twice!

While you are deciding on your subscription plan using our selector quiz, you will have the option to pick which 2-3 Tonies will be in your very first box! Your Tonies will be packaged right away and we'll get them to you in about 5-7 days. Depending on your chosen frequency, after your first shipment has been sent, then your next one will be set for delivery 1, 2 or 3 months later.
Use our subscription selector tool to simply select the age and interests that match your child, easily customize the number of Tonies per shipment, and choose how often you want them delivered. You'll never receive the same Tonie twice!
After you've customized your subscription, your first box will be packaged and shipped right away! We'll select the Tonies that match your plan and get them to you in about 5-7 days. Depending on your chosen frequency, after your first shipment has been sent, then your next one will be set for delivery 1, 2 or 3 months later.
Every tonies® subscription box saves you money! You'll enjoy a 10-20% discount on the retail price and free ground shipping with every shipment! The discount for a tonies® subscription shipment depends on the number of Tonies you select (2-3) and how often you want them delivered (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months). The more robust the subscription, the bigger the discount.
Our tonies® subscription programs contain 40-100 Tonies and continue as long as there are Tonies that match your subscription selection. If you have received all of the Tonies in your subscription plan, your shipments will stop and you will no longer be charged.
Our subscriptions last until all Tonies that match your child’s age and interest selections (usually 50-100 matching Tonies) have been delivered, or until you cancel.
Your subscription will begin as soon as you place your first subscription order. We'll find the matching Tonies and get them to you within about 5-7 days. Your next orders will follow depending on the interval you selected (every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months).

To update a shipping address or billing card on an active tonies® subscription, simply visit your customer account and visit the 'Subscriptions' link. From there you can select a different shipping address, add a new one by clicking 'Edit' next to your shipping address. For payments, click, "Edit" next to your Payment Methods. If you need assistance with an order that has already been placed, please contact us.
