“Today with Tonies” x Creative Tonie promotion (“Promotion”)

“Today with Tonies” x Creative Tonie promotion (“Promotion”)

  1. This Promotion is organised by tonies UK Ltd, Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, CM23 3B (“tonies”).

  2. Users are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if they are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and have registered with tonies, created a Tonie-Account and own a Creative Tonie.

  3. Users participating in this Promotion must be residents of the UK and/or the Republic of Ireland (“Promotion Territory”). Access to digital content is limited to users within the Promotion Territory.

  4. tonies reserves the right to exclude participants from this Promotion if tonies believes that there are justified reasons for such an exclusion. Such reasons include but are not limited to: the suspicion that the participant has provided false data, breached the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or otherwise manipulated the Promotion. Such actions may lead to cancellation of promotional access and potential account restrictions.

  5. The Promotion will run from 1 July 2025 to either 31 July 2025 (first option) or to 31 December 2025 (second option) (“Promotion Period”). During this time, customers can access new “Today with tonies” content by purchasing one of the following passes and assigning the content to their Creative Tonie:

    1. “Today with tonies – July Pass” (£2.99): Grants access to daily episodes released between 01 and 31 July 2025. Only episodes from the past 14 days will be available at any given time. Access ends on 31 July 2025 regardless of purchase date.

    2. “Today with tonies – July to December Pass” (£6.99): Grants access to daily episodes released from 01 July to 31 December 2025, with the same 14-day rolling content window. Access ends on 31 December 2025 regardless of purchase date.

  6. Access to all episodes is only given if the “Today with tonies – July Pass” or the “Today with tonies – July to December Pass” are assigned to the user’s Creative Tonie by 01 July 2025. The last 14 episodes released during the Promotion Period that have been accessible by the user will remain accessible after 31 July 2025/ 31 December 2025.

  7. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or codes.

  8. The digital content access cannot be transferred, resold, or advertised for resale. Any promotional access found on third-party platforms may be disabled.

  9. Promotional digital content can only be accessed via registered tonies accounts through the official Digital Library: https://tonies.com/en-gb/audio-content/

  10. In case tonies® is of the opinion that changes are necessary, tonies reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this promotion at any time or to add or change the terms and conditions for the promotion. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
