1. This Promotion is organised by tonies® UK Ltd, Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, CM23 3BT.

2. Users that participate in this promotion must be residents in the UK and/or in the Republic of Ireland and goods can only be shipped to a shipping address in the promotion Territory.

3. The promotion will run from 2nd June to 3rd July 2025

4. The promotion offers a free Tonie (Cocomelon Outdoor Adventures with JJ) when spending £25 or more on tonies.com. The free Tonie will automatically be added to baskets once the £25 spend threshold has been achieved.

5. The free Tonie cannot be exchanged for a different Tonie, nor can it be refunded for its retail value.

6. In case tonies® is of the opinion that changes are necessary, tonies reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this promotion at any time or to add or change the terms and conditions for the promotion.

7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The referral offer will run from 16th to the 30th June 2025. (“Promotion Period”)

You are only eligible for this promotion if you are at least 18 years of age and have a registered account with us on our Tonies website in the UK. When You share your personal referral code during the Promotion Period, referred users that newly register an account on our Tonies UK website will get £15 off their purchase of a Toniebox or Toniebox bundle with the referral code. You will receive a Thank You Code every time your personal code is used, each code giving You £30 off Your next purchase provided you spend a minimum off £35 (delivery costs excluded) or more and you make the purchase during the Promotion Period. Your Thank You code will be sent via email once the person You have referred has had their order shipped. You must use your Thank You code between 16th to the 30th June 2025. After the Promotion Period the Thank You Code can still be used but will revert back to the value of £15. You must receive and use your Thank You code within the Promotion Period to redeem the £30 offer. Thank You codes cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Your referral code redemptions will be capped at 25 codes. You must not sell your codes to any third-parties or advertise them for sale. Codes found on promo sites, coupon sites, or third-party sites like eBay will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove the offer at any point. The Thank You Code is not redeemable against delivery costs.
