Yes! Right now, you need the Podcast Tonie to listen to daily episodes. After 20th October 2027, you’ll no longer receive new episodes of Today with tonies. But don’t worry, the Today with tonies show isn’t disappearing, it’s just entering a new chapter. We will share more details very soon.

Yes, your Toniebox will need WiFi to download episodes. When it’s connected to WiFi, the latest episode will download automatically when the Tonie is popped on top.

If you’re offline for a few days, up to 14 of the newest episodes will automatically download next time you connect to WiFi. When the show’s format changes in October 2027, you’ll no longer receive new episodes of Today with tonies. However, you will receive a special 40-minute ‘Best Of’ selection curated by tonies.

No, but the last 14 episodes are stored on the Tonie so you can listen back to older episodes while they're still available until April 21st. That's just over two and a half hours of content!

Until 21st April 2027, any new episodes will become available in the morning – just in time for breakfast listening. From 21st April 2027 downloaded episodes on the Tonie will be replaced by a single fixed 40 minute-long ‘Best Of’ selection curated by tonies.

In the current format, the 14 most recent episodes are stored on your Tonie, with the newest playing first.

Tap the side of the Toniebox to navigate through the episodes, just like you would to skip chapters or songs.

Once the content is replaced with a curated 40-minute ‘Best Of’ episode, you will no longer receive new episodes of Today with tonies and the previous episodes will no longer be available.

Lovely! We’d love to hear your little listeners’ brilliant jokes, fun facts and good news stories.

Not at all! After October 2027, you’ll no longer receive new episodes of Today with tonies, but your Tonie receives a specially curated 40-minute Best of selection so there's always something fun to play. Just pop it on your Toniebox to refresh the audio.
